Reports
The eyes and ears of the Property and Casualty Insurance Companies is the Inspection
Company they choose.
Our Company has been licensed by the State of New Jersey for over 28 years. For
High Hazard, as well as, Commercial and Residential Inspections. We are also certified
Fire Protection Specialists, that in combination with career firefighting experience,
makes for a more proficient and accurate reporting service.
We here at Underwriters Loss Control Surveys, have been in business for over 30
years. Our president is a retired fire officer, servicing the public for over 30
years. Many of the inspectors who work for us are also retired firemen, who bring
the knowledge of the origin of fires and loss of life that ensues their reports.
Fire Prevention inspections are the single most important activity performed by
the inspection firm. Executed by conscientious well trained individuals, can prevent
many fires. Fire prevention inspection practices are a less expensive
and more effective medium for accomplishing the objectives of the inspection
company.
Fires do not just happen, they are nearly always caused by an unsafe act or condition.
Thus, practically every fire could have been prevented by eliminating the acts or
conditions which contribute to the cause of the fire.
A good inspector influences occupants toward the establishment of safer practices.
Our inspectors are all licensed by the State of NJ and chosen for their desire and
positive attitude. Equally important is the inspectors’ ability to exercise tact
and diplomacy and to converse intelligently at all levels on matters of pertaining
to fire safety and prevention. The inspector generally comes into contact with the
public more frequently then any other member of the insurance company. The opinion
which the public forms of their carrier is therefore largely dependent upon the
impression made by the inspector.
“We partner with our clients in tailoring our Reports to meet their needs. Clear,
detailed information is our goal.”
